I've settled on poly-sinc-short-mp and NS9 for my PCM path. My M51 is only PCM 24/192 capable, so DSD isn't a consideration. I am also using RC filters generated in acourate. My system has never sounded better with ripped cds and TIdal streams. The other night I streamed Krupa & Rich to much delight, along with Glenn Miller's famous Live at Carnegie Hall 06 Oct 1939. I have both of these on original vinyl (two that belonged to my father and were released in the 50's) and the Tidal version of each was simply amazing.
You will probably end up trying just a few of the filter options based on Jussi's recommendations. People make too much of the choices. Only a few of the combinations are really optimum for most people and Jussi tells you which ones to use. And it sounds freaking great!
Have fun!

...I have more playing around to do but I'll probably arrive at my 'set and forget' configuration soon.
I'm a Swing Nut.
Swing Radio Station KCEA FM and a French Swing Station from Limoges, France are on Tune-in.
Don't know if they will stream through HQ, tho.
Check out the Movie "Orchestra Wives" for some Glenn Miller, with a few Ringers.
Great playing on the soundtrack.
The LP only has Miller's band playing, but the Tidal version is the whole concert with Goodman's set and introduction of Miller's band. Mo Purtill's solo on Bugle Call Rag is one for the ages.
