"Detailed" doesn't adequately describe it for the Bifrost Multibit upgrade.
With my upgrade I was hearing not only more "detail" but also more accurate timbres, decays, instrument separation and spacial relationships -- in short, a higher degree of realism.

Did you have the Uber board originally and returned. If so I know of someone who is looking for one. I posted an ad on the For Sale section for Free and immediately had two inquiries. Could only fulfill one. They are paying $8 for shipping. email me directly and I'll pass thePOC on to you if interested.
Sorry to report someone grabbed my Uber Board already - hope he loves it.
I'm under the impression that a number of folks with the Schiit Bifrost are upgrading to the Multibit. Certainly a number of them like me that had the Multibit upgrade had the Uber Board, which Schiit returns after the upgrade - than sitting uselessly in a box.
I personally would highly recommend the Multibit upgrade, but it does cost $250 plus shipping.
But if you have a stock Bifrost and are limited on funds (been there), I'd recommend posting a want ad if possible on some of the forums.
Personally, I was not going to send a board that could help someone else out to improve their system to the landfill that is in our backyards. I believe in recycling anything that makes sense.
I'm willing to part with it for a nominal amount to cover shipping materials plus actual shipping cost.

Your description, especially the decay is much more correct than my simple post. Did you ever try a different power cord. If so where there benefits?
The one I use is standard, though I have ferrite traps on both ends. The power is fed through a Belkin RFI/EMI filter.
The Bifrost itself has an RFI/EMI filter on the AC input so, in principle, a fancy power cord ought to be superfluous.
