One of the things I like about the Vinyl Asylum is they talk about the music they play. The systems are important but not as important as the reason we build them....listening. Here, it's not discussed.
Allow me to offer up what I'm hearing as I type. Robert Lockwood jr, Delta Crossroads. I saw him perform every song on this album in Salina Kansas at Chad Kassem's church/recording studio during the annual Blues At The Crossroads.
I'm listening to a CD ripped to my hd through a Tascam US 322, Project Ember headphone amp and Beyerdynamic DT660s. It sounds just like that night in Salina Kansas.
How bout you?
