My sticking point library management & play control. I tried again Apple's iPad Remote app and, unless I'm doing something wrong, I found it quite hard to navigate through >1500 tracks composed by JS Bach. Something like the column browser in iTunes would be helpful. I need to investigate if other remote apps are more akin to what I like.

Well I really like when manufacturers write their own apps..like Simaudio and Bryston did. They are in tune with the hardware and it just works.
I can post screen shots of the MiND app with classical titles later this week.
Others I use are Audionet, MConnect, and Denon. There are some very good premium ones as well.
Thanks! Screenshot would be helpful. Which of the iPad apps, including premium ones, do you think are best for browsing classica?
