Hi ! have you tried the front jack output ?
I am using it with the headphones and i find it not bad at all.
What is your take on this X7 ? have you tested it in your system ?
I had a look at it and it is excellent and i guess also extremely revealing
I would love to hear your opinion.
I have bought other 4 in the meantime. Too much handy unit.
Thanks again.
Kind regards,
bg
Follow Ups:
I haven't tried the front jack.As a stand-alone music player that feeds a DAC, sound quality is noticeably inferior to my current systems. I was not disappointed because I expected this.
I purchased the Pipo X7 to be a Server/PC that pushes music to the JRiver Id network player (renderer). Sound quality from this arrangement was much better.

Hi and thanks a lot and i suggest you to try the fron connection.
For me it has been a surprise.
I will try to add a more robust 1/4" on the front. I do not like at all mini jack connections.
But very possibly my system is not enough resolving.
Thanks a lot again.
Kind regards,
bg
