It is HQPlayer.
What are you findings when listening to Foobar vs JRiver when up-sampling to DSD and 2xDSD?

Fixed the typo. Would not mind trying HQPlayer in the future. What do you find better about it ?On my rig(s), I keep going back to native resolution, unless a specific rig can not play a specific native resolution. My main DAC can play about any resolution up to 32/192 and DSD128.
A lot of people like upsampling everything to XYZ, but that hasn't worked out for me. After trying, I keep going back to native resolutions and my DAC has no problem detecting/switching resolutions on the fly.

If you have the CPU power HQPlayer filters are the best sounding IMO. They seem to be the cleanest, most natural sounding. Also the consensus on CA.
I also listen at native resolution, it just depend. Nothing is set in stone. I an getting great results with the JPlay 6 beta streaming from MinimServer which does not up-sample.
Bibo01 site is also very good. Check the link I placed in the thread.
Miska (HQPlayer) has created an excellent sounding program. You can also use an NAA which is a second system when can be low power that outputs to the DAC. They are connected via Ethernet. Simmular to the dual JPlay setup.
