Hello,
Here's some pics of the Olive One. Sorry about the poor quality.
Personally, - I really, really, love the look of the thing, and it is wall mountable. However, - loading it up with hard drives, DACs, & amps is just another company not getting it. The price is really cheap though. They only had it in the ballroom, with headphones, - so it was therefore impossible to determine it's quality. The user interface is also a bit clunky and unintuitive compared to the squeezebox. I did notice that once you get to it, - it isn't horrible, (not too many more swipes and clicks), - but compared to the (amazing) Squeezebox interface, - it falls down.
Overall impression, (my dumb opinion), a fail..... But the "LOOK" of this thing is really beguiling.....

Follow Ups:
I have also looked at the Olive, but seemed lacking in a few ways.
I would have thought by now, that some company would have come up with a better mousetrap than the Squeezebox Touch. But it's just not happening!
So I hang on to the 4 SBTs that I have and use them everyday. I travel with one of them. Some of them are 4 years old. Just a Superb Product!

I pretty much agree with you......
Cons...
LCD screen is noisy
Stock power supply is not so much.
It has a DAC.
Pros:
Amazing user interface.
Has squeezebox server
USB in for direct HD connection.
Digital SPDIF out for high quality DAC.
Amazing cheap-ass pricing....
great internet radio & apps IF.
For me, this quality doesn't belong in a main rig: but is great quality for the bedroom, kitchen and Garage. (linking them together is awesome).
Right now, - there are only 5 (possible) devices that belong in my main rig: Auraliti, Senore Rendu, Sim Audio Mind, & the Bryston. The Bryston & the Sonore Rendu SEEMS like they're the best bet for connecting to Spotify/Pandora/INternet radio via Squeezebox Server DLNA plug-in, and I don't know of anyone who's doing it.
Reviewers & dealers are too insecure to talk about it....
