I formatted the 64GB Card with NTFS and am still getting errors. It just seems to me that 64GB is a lot less stable than my 32GB cards.Cut-Throat

Do you have other gear you can try it in? I've read 'chatter' on forums that some SanDisk 64GB mSDXC have been problematic and might require a return to SanDisk. I'm not saying this is the case for yours but it should work whether formatted exFAT or NTFS. Hence, the idea of trying it in another system. Thought you had a Windows 8.1 machine as well as the Windows 7 system you mentioned.
I have tried the 64GB Microsd's in my Windows 8.1 laptop, my Windows 7 Desktop and my Windows 7 Laptop. All Flaky results.
I also received a USB port adaptor with the MicroSD Cards as well. That seems to give flaky results with the 32GB cards.

Are you getting flaky results even with small files, and a small number of small files in directories?
In other words, have you done simple tests rather than jumping in with huge transfers?
Simple Stuff works fine... But if I do the same file transfers that I do with 32GB cards, I have the problems.
I got another 64GB card today and the same results. It would not format in NTFS, until I went into Disk Management and tried it a few times. Then on a File Copy, I received errors that the 32GB drive did not have.
Maybe I need to spend more on a MIcroSD card... But the Internet is full of problems on 64GB cards. There is something different about them than the 32Gb and smaller cards (which I've never had a problem with.
I have given up on them for now and split my files on 32GB cards. I'll let technology catch up with them, before I go there again. Thanks for suggestions!

Wow, that's just weird. You might try a different brand just for grins. Not sure what to tell you but sounds like two 32GB mSDXC are working for you.
