More silly YouTube videos, huh?
If you don't understand what you're seeing in the screen shots, I'm not going to explain it to you.

The OP does not have USB 3. If you read what he originally said one can surmise he had Firewire (which he confirmed) and he knew he could easily add a pcmcia esata card.
If you really want to discuss Intel architecture please go ahead...
So pictures, empty room video and cartoons are ok, but Seinfeld is forbidden... LOL
You seem to very unhappy and angry... Thankfully this is not contagious.
Not unhappy or angry. Just not willing to follow along with unsubstantiated myth that is floating around the forums. Trying to stay on topic avoiding your YouTube distractions and snide remarks.
I wasn't going to explain it to you but for the benefit of others.......
My post has nothing to do with USB 3.0 specifically. If you look at that screen shot again it clearly shows more than one root hub controller. The point being, you don't 'congest USB' by placing your USB DAC and USB HDD on separate USB controllers. And the separation is not hard to find. And if you read the bolded text it says, Example screen shots of the USB tree, not my setup... just an example .
- USB 3.0 Hi Speed Bus
- USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Bus
- USB Hi Speed Bus* [USB 2.0 implied]
- USB Hi Speed Bus* [USB 2.0 implied]
*Note the separate controllers.
You can pretty much do the same thing in Windows with the Device Manager or USB Device Tree Viewer.
For more examples see my post to Tony linked below, but sorry no silly YouTube videos. In this case, it shows my PS Audio DAC attached to it's own USB controller with no other devices on it.
