The extent to which typical Apple user customizes his appliance is well-known, and can be best described as "insignificant" - for various reasons, not the least of which is inherent lack of flexibility/tweakability of Apple hardware.
Failure to understand the importance of that is the downfall of Apple supporters, in this forum in particular.
Follow Ups:
Customisation with PCs tend to involve OS slimming, hardware minimisation, and power supply segregation/improvements etc.
Customisation with MACs tend to involve large RAMs, Player software, thunderbolt drives but not much hardware/power supply mods except for those who spend on custom hardware. There seem to be much less effort on OS slimming except by a few.
The problem with the MAC camp is the mindless promotion by a few that it must be a superior format, based on arguments like 'the hardware is better' or it contains all the software needed (but for what).
My audio PCs contain no software other than management or audio replay software.
I understand what you're getting at. But I wouldn't refer to it as a downfall though like OSX and Macs are pieces of shit.
But I appreciate your point. It has some validity in my experience.
But some of their extremist devotees certainly are, as can be evidenced by the angry outburst directly below.

pieces of shit?
I hope not!
... as the real PoS.
You appear to be able to read - read two posts by your Master in this thread, which before that was civil, and decide for yourself.
And, I don't think he needs your help, either - he's a big boy, in his 50s in fact, and should be able to take care of that soiled diaper himself.
