The low cost DAC market is getting really cut throat. This thing has to compete against the new $399 Essence III by Asus. Yikes!

The real answer is I don't know for sure.
That isn't something I've seen as a spec from asus. However, since they list the AD827's as the output buffer I'd say it's almost certainly well under the 100ohm mark.
The 827 is spec'd at 15 ohms open loop on the output by Analog but designers usually add a bit of series R in there to keep it stable looking in to too much output capacitance. Then there is the feedback network sapping energy as well.
I'd suspect it to be right around 25-50 ohms in circuit but I'm guessing of course.
