I agree with you however, we have a lot of blood on our hands. We all have a lot of guilt.

the world doesn`t hate canada or europe it hates the States and with good reason.as far as wide scale military conflicts with the likes of china i don`t see it happening as the economies are too intertwined.
china is going hell bent with its military to protect its access to resources cause it doesn`t trust the US to play fairly and who the hell can blame them?
the real danger to the likes of me is when the avian flu virus mutates and allows for the easy spread among humans.
to date it has had a 76% moratility rate on those who`ve caught it from infected birds.
while I`m a bit worried about my kids future I`m gonna jsut keep partying on, while I still can.
... history shows that when it is gone, we won't like it.But, as you say, we can do a far far better job and we should make no excuses for our mistakes, which are numerous.
and hopefully most of the major damage will take place among those who deserve it the most.and we all know who those who people are.
7 more years I`m 50 which allows me to retire in a place like Thailand or Malaysia.
20 grand a year and you`re living pretty damn well in those parts.
