Juan de Fuca Plate is the one I'd be worried about. San Andreas fault is a slip fault not likely cause a tsunami. Juan de Fuca is a subduction zone much like Japan and that would be a disaster for coastal communities up north.
Yeah, a 7.0 on a fault line that is a mile or two off shore from my house would likely ruin my day and quite a few after but it likely would not cause a tsunami. The waves associated with the '06 quake in San Francisco were only about a meter.

Seems there hasnt been any serious action up in that area since about
1700, when there was some really serious action. And if there is,
all those folks living out on those islands in puget sound are gonna be
up against it ... sure am glad I live inland, where all we have to
worry about is volcanoes ...
