100K se and 200K balanced...is that a safe assumption? I need to set the filters for a pair of Vandersteen 2wq woofers, and they use the input impedance for the RC filter.

That's kind of been the standard for Ralph's amplifiers. Sorry for the delay; I was going to respond yesterday and got distracted. Also, only Ralph will know for sure, but it's a fair assumption that 100K with SE input and 200K with balanced input is correct.
The MA-2 and MA-3 have input termination that can be set to 600 ohms by a switch.
Some of the very early (1970s and 1980s) amplifiers had 500K input impedances.
