My colleague Jerry Bruck worked directly with Mr. Kaplan on Jerry's monograph on the proper order of the inner movements of Mahler's sixth.
Whoever buys it should IMHO make a show of good faith by uploading a hi-res scan of all the pages for free inquiry by scholars--much cheaper than commissioning a coffee-table book.
