SFS Debussy, 24/192 and DSD5.6.
So much color and detail, and flow.
Tropical breezes and swaying Palms abound.
All the many subtleties of orchestration are clear, and it's more up front than most Orch recordings.
My Lampizator Euforia DSD Dac is also a bit forward, so there's a nice tactile feel to the sound.
I haven't listened to the 24/192, but I'm sure it's awesome too.
Jack Vad knows what he's doing!
I know they use some Royer Ribbon Mics.
Also recently enjoyed Tchaik Sym #6, in DSD 5.6 from Chanel Classics.
A cut above, both of these.
Follow Ups:
I'm intrigued. The engineers there really have a good thing going.
I hope they will have more French Music.
