The stage background looks like a copy of Cleveland's Severance Hall. (Or maybe the Severance Hall renovation was copied from this place.) The design has a striking similarity.......

Thanks for the response....I did some further research, the acoustic shell was renovated in 2002 (link).... About five years after the Severance Hall renovation..... Likely designed by the same architectural firm..... (I erroneously stated the renovation was in 1984. But that didn't include the acoustic shell.)
The top shells in the two halls are totally different (Hilbert's looks more like the pre-renovated Severance Hall), but the side and back walls are just about from the same design concept. The only other real difference is seating in the side wall ledges at Hilbert. Severance has lights adorning the lower side walls. (The stage at Severance Hall looks larger.)
In both halls, the middle three sections at the back of the stage contain a pipe organ. Cleveland's has "visible pipes", Indy's is "hidden" behind an acoustic screen.
I just thought it was interesting to see two halls with almost identical stage features.... The question now is whether a third or fourth hall might exist with this design.
