One dog in particular seems to anticipate notes. IMO its a routine and order of notes which the dogs have learned via repetition. Hardly comparable to the kid's amazing ears and ability to sing notes/voicings.
that were distributed after the successful performance.Dogs too have a green room.

I didn't hear the dogs name the notes.

I heard a couple of the same things that one of the YouTube commenters did: there were a couple of instances where the dogs actually anticipated the particular ocarina note, rather than waiting to hear it before reproducing in on their keyboard. I also liked the couple of spots where one of the dogs had to wait a bit longer before figuring out which note to play. You're right, Todd - this was very impressive and shows that animals often know a lot more than we think they do!
I used that particular clip because the few times I linked other ones (from the same YouTube subscriber), people suspected there were lights or hand signals on the other side of the keyboard directing the dogs.
