Pretty impressive stuff from the "Swinging Ladies" to just pull up the first thing I came across on ebay - never heard of them before. And they do swing too! Here's a bit more of Jill McCarron.

Add a very long list of superb female jazz pianists, some monster drummers, one or two bass players .... well it just goes on. And we haven't even come to the almost infinite number of great vocalists yet.
