Probably off your subject, I like the Wand performances especially the 8th at Lubeck.

What about the one above? And how many 8's did he record? At least half a dozen, likely more?
I know about the cd you pictured but do have it, not sure how long.
I believe they are very similar in length. The special quality of Lubeck was the acoustical aspects of the venue as I recall when I read the revues.
Also now that you have me thinking shorter ones would be Eugene Jochum with Berlin Philharmonic and Eliahu Inbal with Radio Symphony Orchestra Frankfurt(orignal version). Inbals cycle on Teldec is unique in that he recorded all the original versions, not sure if another conductor did thatDo you know about this site?
