I'm no expert but this is an HMV mono disc from the early days. They began with ALP series, then BLP and,as this, CLP. ALP's date from 1952. As far as I can see from the photo of the label it shows no "P" date ( "P" in a circle). This is the date of first publication which is mandatory to be shown on all UK pressings since the Copyright Act 1957. The Act came into force in (I believe) 1958.
So my conclusion is that your disc dates from between 1952 and 1958. Probably later in that range.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. Found in the "just arrived, but nobody probably want's these" bin.
Most sources date this release on HMV as 1960. That doesn't explain the lack of "P" date but if the label copy was prepared in, say, 1959 when the "P" date need was a pretty new idea then the error is explicable. Or I just can't see it in the photo.
