I don't see a lot of talk about Bernstein's Haydn, but it is top notch, as is his Vivaldi. But he is probably better known for his Copland, Stravinsky, Ives and Gershwin, as well as Mahler and of course his own music.

His Nielsen symphonies are excellent. Wish he'd done them all...
There is a fine recording of Stravinsky Oedipus Rex with the Boston Symphony--not sure if it's currently available.
outstanding versions of his flute and clarinet concertos, with soloists Julius Baker and Stanley Drucker.
