For crossovers the First Watt B4 is probably the best choice in performance and flexibility. The Marchand XM44 is also a very good choice and Marchand can build you whatever crossover configuration you need for any number of channels up to 4 per side, 8 per box.
For starters just use the low pass filter on the active subwoofer box. If you need to high pass the bass panels you can use a capacitor in series going into your 4B bass amp.

Satie thank you for reply. I realy like the idea of bi polar sub .I also considered servo type. The bps210 worked very well with my system. The only thing I don't get is if I do the Dayton rs1202k can I still use the Mirage lfx 1 ? Do I have to go to first watt b4 right away or can I ad it latter?
You can use either of the items' various filters together in any combo of low pass and high pass filters. The built in filter in the powered sub is the one I would use and then use the best sounding high pass filter I can for the mains. I would use a DIY line level high pass in 1st order (a single high quality cap) and try to match the sub low pass with it.
I have on hand a Rane LR4 commercial crossover and an Ashly XR77/18 Butterworth 3rd order unit - The old ashly is very good but dates to the 80s so you would need to put in $2-300 in recapping and cleanup to bring it to long term high reliability operation.
