I had to build a dolly to move each MG20 because well, at over 150 lbs ea (not including the beautiful Myestands) I had no other choice. Getting them on the dolly really takes two people but since I'm home alone it took a modified sideways bear hug (to avoid the Maggie full-frontal 'grind'). Thankfully the two handles are on the back to grab. They're positioned towards the rear to avoid the dreaded and (game killer) 'Maggie plunge'.
The 2x4 was in the mark down pile at Home Depot, a total cost of $0.49. the bottom slab I had laying around the garage but I'll most likely reinforce it. Two locking wheels cost about $7 ea, the two non-locking $6.

Great job....you must be in great shape-but hernias do not generally know that. The speakers look
GL, this may be the same as the "furniture moving pads" suggested below, but I've read about small discs that can be placed under the feet of heavier objects which facilitates sliding to different locations.
But I'm not sure how that might work with your area rug over tile when you come to an edge?
And like MWE, I was amazed by the MG 20 weight!

Threaded stem casters are readily available for those who often move their speakers on Mye stands.

wonder if those furniture moving pads would work also ? with those, you wouldnt have to worry about picking up the speaker.
will look into that, as long as they'll support the weight and not get pierced through by the spikes.

weighed somewhat more than the 3's, but didn't realize THAT much more. Magnepan should supply a small, folding crane when you buy the flagship model.

Nice work GL, I'm in envy of your resourcefulness, nevertheless IMO 'grantv' offers a better solution to moving the speakers around. But it would seem to require moving the speakers out of the stands in order to screw in the casters. (Getting a 20.1 into/out of the stands doesn't appear to be easy, and might be an act for two persons.)

I'm fairly certain the Myestand pushes them well beyond the 300# mark-
