Great room, but central in-plane diffusion is off center. :)

Active diffusion goes to where the nodes are...
Grand ole speakers. One of the few stats that can really fill a room and give near real life SPLs. Too bad Soundlabs are too tall for my room and too pricey for my non budget.

Budget is one thing, but there are essentially four different heights at the top of the product line: 80", 84", 94" (like my Acoustat 1+1 which fits 8' ceilings) and 106" (yeah that requires a 9' ceiling).
Do you have under seven foot ceilings?
The ceiling is just under 80" so I had no headroom for tall Acoustats or even an MG20.x and Soundlabs. Not that much headroom over the T IV panels on their raised legs. I lost some of the height for the acoustic tile ceiling.
An M-2PX, however, would fit just fine. :)
Millennium Series
Well, height problem is solved... but they are still costly as all get out and the properly braced steel frame ones are also immobile due to their weight.
I do know some in the over 6' range and many rooms have light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. that extend from the ceiling.

The U-1PX isn't exactly immobile, but does require some "walking" to optimize position once all three components have been bolted together. At least for this 5'6" 155 lb guy. :)
I think I better not reply to that, too many puns available in my mind. LOL
