Return to Planar Speaker Asylum

I've been talking to a audio dealer about a pair of 3.7i speakers. He mentioned that be has a pair of the speakers that he uses for demos in his facility that he wants to "rotate" and that he could offer them at a discount.
Can anyone suggest from experience what the typical percentage discount would be for year old demo speakers?
Thanks for your help.
Nicholas

I'd think 15-20%
Bottom line is what he's willing to reduce them by and if you're OK paying said price for their used speakers.
I was the high-end business for 25 years. We almost always sold our demos at 20% off, if they were still current but we needed to rotate stock.
If they got really long in the tooth and had been discontinued for awhile, we would discount to cost plus 10% to get rid of them.
I was in audio only for a couple years and a long time ago. Your numbers make sense.
I got my 3.6 6 month old demos at about 40% off but the 3.7's were just coming out

Since Maggies have such a long break-in period, my dealer was reluctant to even sell his MG 3.7 demos back in Dec.2012. Perhaps the 6 week wait also had something to do with his hesitation. In any case the discount was less than $200.00.
