Well, I have about a month of playing on these puppies, love them, and am pleasantly surprised at the bass extension. Measured down to 40 Hz of usable bass, which is well below what they claim. Speaker cables help: I have MIT Shotgun S3s. Amp is a Naim Nait XS w a HiCap upgrade.
Most of the time, my sub sits unused or at a very low level with the lowest crossover setting (30 Hz).

Well, congrats on a happy purchase.
I am surprised you found so deep a bass extension on these smallish speakers.
Mine are about three weeks old.
The bass is quite a surprise...

That was my first reaction as well. It still stands.
You ready to put together a bit of a review?
I know the simpler XO of the .7 series makes power delivery and damping to the bass driver far more efficient, but that is very impressive.
I was surprised by how well bass extension improved when I went active multiamping the T IV. But that was even more impressive when I took out the 20hz infrasonic filter. I didn't expect there to be much output there - boy was I surprised. Now with wall loading I can get bass performance similar in extension and (useful) loudness to the Focal Nova Utopia, just not the great punch those speakers can provide.
But the results you guys are reporting for what it a puny speaker in planar terms is very impressive and quite the surprise.
