Congrats on the pass to buy a new Maggie 3.7i
Before you go that way, you might want to consider getting an older MG20,1, if you have the space. They are not more expensive and are a better speaker top to bottom. They can be biamped with no loss of warranty. If your space is equal or greater than 15X20 you likely to be able to fit an MG20.x. My Tympani are in a 17X20 space and are not pressed for space.

I did consider finding either a 20 or 20.1 used but the first thing the boss asked when I brought up the idea of getting new speakers was "Great, can you find ones that are smaller?" The room can easily accommodate the 20's (app 20 x 23) but the ceiling is low (7 to 7-1/2 - it slopes) and aesthetically the 20s will not a good fit. WAF rules.
Consider then a simple DIY project for a Czrver Amazing 2 (the tall narrow one) like hybrid.
I would have executed it with a line array of Neo8PDR but that is not available at the moment and BG have not indicated when they put them back on the market (or even whether they will).
I was recently talking to Josh about the possibility of using a line of AMTPRO-4 dipole AMTs which should perform similarly to a Neo8PDR and priced and sized the same.

A line of 8 drivers should XO at 2nd order at about 4-500 hz and can be combined with the appropriate subwoofer for your space. My choice would be the bipolar sub, who's drivers can operate well into the midrange. They can be low passed at 3rd or 4th order at ~400 hz.

This kit includes a sub amplifier with built in XO, which you would not want. You want a more civilized amp since you would operate into the low mids.
If you build a somewhat wider baffle then you can obtain a slightly lower XO at 3rd or 4th order 300-400hz (That is what I would do)
The 8" AMT measures very well on FR and low THD. It compares favorably to pure ribbons in 2 way speakers with smoother top end than the sub kilobuck ribbons.
The project should come in at just over $3k, $2k for the line array of 16 AMTPRO-4 and the rest for the sub kits less the amps.
Satie I like your idea, would 20.xs work in a 12'5 x 26ft room along the short wall? Opps sorry for thread hijack. Neolith, I'm happy for you and hope you get to be the first to report/improve on the internals of the 3.7i's.However if I had 80k laying around I would buy your namesake the Martin Logan Neolith. I heard it in less than ideal conditions at AXONA 2015, that speaker sounded truly AmaZing!

The volume of the room is sufficient but the width is iffy without extensive acoustic treatment for either short wall placement or long wall.
Short wall, where the tweeters in would be a max of 7' apart (which is just a bit more than the minimum needed but may provide a bit too much bass).. You would probably need to pull them into the room ~11' For tweeters out you would need to use 3'X6' absorption on the nearby sidewalls.
For long wall placement the problem is going to be clearance from the front wall and listening distance that needs to be 9' or more. So that means you will need to treat the front wall with extensive dispersion or quite a bit of absorption.
