So the store in Mpls had some (not surprising as they are 40 minutes from the factory).
Anyone else seen any in stores?
I just called the dealer I know in CA but they're closed till Tuesday.

Not in the wild but at my home :-)This was a private demo session offered by my dealer, and after that I ordered them, really love them!!
They will replace my (also great) Pioneer (TAD) S-3EX loudspeakers.
They will come with the black cloth and the silver painted metal trims including the optional oval feet's

Welcome Mario!! Please keep us informed.
Thanks stustan :)
Mij dealer ordered the .7 from the Dutch importer and they ordered them direct from Magneplanar so its (just) in the pipeline, I know this can take a while :(
But I let you know when I have them.
Other thing, it looks like the final ovale feet's are made of transparent acrylic, don't know and understand why Magneplaner has elected for this instead of the black one's that they where showing on the introduction's, iff they are really transparent I have to let them go because they will be full with scratches in a short time when used on my laminate solid floor, I also don't like them directly on the floor because of pollution to the cloth so I have to work something out myself.
Photo with the black feet,

Sure, picked mine up last week. Excellent!
Are the speaker connections the same cheap parts as the MMG's?.
Nicolas
I`ve never had the MMG`s, so I wouldn`t know. The connections on the .7i`s seem very solid, and similar to the same materials used in the 1.7`s and 3.7`s.
I thought they'd changed their minds on that.

Yes, silver side rails with the basic feet. I didn't care for the upgraded base. The soundstage these .7's give off is nothing short of spectacular,. Images have a spooky holographic soundstage.
Some additional .7 pics...
I like the trim...
thanks
Mark
Hard to tell from the pics (thanks for posting, btw).

No problem, they are metal.
Calgary dealer's demo pair has been playing for about 10 days. Driven by one of the smaller NAIM amps with a mix of Naim and Nordost cabling they have great focus and coherence. Bass is surprisingly good at this early stage and will of course only get better with time.
The .7's have an interesting twist in their construction with wider wood strips attached with what looks like Torx head screws instead of the brads used to nail the MG 12's rails to the panel. This should make changing the socks much easier!
