Magnepan can refurbish most drivers, new Mylar and wiring. Really old ones with copper wiring (rare) may not be done any more. I have heard reports on shortage of the very fine wires used in the Tympani tweeters. They did sell new teeeters last year ($500/pair).
There are a few places in Europe where you can have some repairs done too. My Tympani IVa midrange drivers arrived from Germany today! They have been modified with foil conductors from the 20-series.
