...with them.
They sounded MUCH cleaner than the RRs and--lucky me!--I didn't have to change anything in the high-pass filter.

Follow Ups:
While they are good (maybe even great) HF drivers, they REALLY shine when the back cup is pried off and theya re used in a true Dipole speaker system. I can't confirm (as I've only ever used them sans the rear cup) but IIRC, they have a different tonal character/balance with the cup I place.
YMMV, and I certainly wouldn't suggest trying that in your configuration.
Curiously, I'm wondering just how similar or different the Neo3 measures in relation to the tweeters you replaced; I find it hard to accept that they simply dropped in and do everything right, given the stock crossover that isn't optimized for them. Also, it is unclear in the pics you posted, but isn't the rear wave of the woofers coming out of the original tweeter hole? That can't be good for overall performance...

Probably I examined the acoustic output of the speaker years ago, but I have no memory of the result. I do know that it made the quality of the treble about equal to the quality of the MR after I had recapped that section and rewired the entire system--the latter twice, as it turned out.
