Making the reviewer take a blood oath, on WHAT was upgraded...this means I am not going MI6 on this issue any more...not going to bother or even ask...
Here is my $500...thank you for letting give it to you...now...kick me in the balls...which has substantially lowered my listening position height, this has much better RELAXED soundstage...overall...worth every penny...
One of the side effects of the upgrade...I am peeing blood now....which they stated will happen during the burn-in phase...
For the "J" Upgrade, (next letter in alphabet), word on the web is...it involves knitting needles and a car battery...
thanks again...always fun when you do not have a dog in the fight...kind of like dropping rocks off the over-pass...nice
thanks
Mark

I may not have a dog in this fight but I am walking mine down the same sidewalk, you might say. (note the name: QUADTodd. Nope don't have 4 speakers, either.)
.
A guy (me) walks into a stereo store 25 years ago, looking for a better amp for the Dahlquist DQ10s, and leaves with Quad 63's. It was almost overwhelming, they sounded so much more like...music.
