    there are a LOT of ABC FM transmitters around, ya know!

    need to know so i can do a map exercise and figure it out.

    DX-ing requires a pretty big 'tenna, while overkill is still overkill, so is pointless.

    results soon.

      .......We do get semi-acceptable (whatever that means) reception around the farm. I know this only from the radio in the cars.

      I don’t listen to radio in the house at all and other than clock radios I have no means to listen to it. I do have several AV receivers but none of them have antennas connected.

      From time to time I have had an interest in some of the ABC programming that I become aware of but not to the point of investigating having a dedicated antenna installed. Just never been a radio listener. I have/had a nice system in my car (now written-off car) but I rarely turned it on. I occasionally would play some CD’s.

        I can't live w/o Th'Yaybeecee, FM mostly, I even listen toJJJ sometimes, and there's News Radio on FM now, and last but not least. RN - for the Law and Health report, Science Show, LNL with Philip Adams - (just as stuck in his world view as others on the right, Sandy and 'Australia talks back', etc.
