Ordered from the best local restaurant here which isn't saying much. We got Orange beef, MooShu Pork and hot and sour soup.The soup was the best but didn't have enough "stuff" in it ie; sprouts, chutes, shrooms or wood ear fungus. Decent flavor and perfect heat. Enough tofu.
Orange beef was the worst. Over coated beef, weak sauce not hot enough even though we asked for extra hot and they didn't use whole chilies for heat.
Moo Shu was OK but way too greasy and the onions even smelled old and I'm an onion lover.
So it was a reminder of what a double edge sword Chinese take out can be in the USA and I guess most anywhere.
I can't wait to start cooking and going to my favorite known quality restaurants.

The best shrimp in lobster sauce ever. Lots of umami, big not overcooked shrimp, tender pork and fluffy eggs. Great over rice.
Now I'm hungry again.

you're making my mouth water, about to go to grubhub.com later and order some boneless bbq pork with seafood fried rice, and egg roll and beef sticks.
