They are, and always have been, available in Switzerland.
I used to smoke one once in a while over there. I think it's illegal to bring them into the U.S.

was announced last week that one can bring cigars and rum for personal consumption
my personal assistant from my previous job has now become a flight stewardess for aa and she promised me that she will get me some next week as she will do that route,sadly i will have to share it with her boyfriend
but i have not had a cigar since my brothers wedding 20 yrs ago
Actually, he just removed the $100 previous limit on Rum and cigars. Now you can bring back as much as you want for personal consumption.
