In Reply to: RE: Florida up 25-0 over #3 Ole Miss at the half? posted by Rod M on October 03, 2015 at 17:23:08
Seems to be the hardest to figure out where the standings will be in late November.
Northwestern might be better than first thought. We will see next week against Michigan.
OU is much better, than early predictions.

Aren't you talking Oklahoma?
Yeah, at least they play some defense. We'll see when they hit the gauntlet of Baylor, TCU and OK St three weeks in a row in November. And my Cowboys, daughter's alma mater, are 5-0 with an unimpressive win over a hapless Texas.
Northwestern and Michigan both look good and play next week. That should be a good one. Iowa knocked off Wisconsin too and plays NW the next week.

As for Floriduh, new, highly thought of coach and finally, a decent, and healthy qb. Apparently they're the real power in the east. Of course that'll all go to Hell when they play LSU in 2 few weeks.
Georgia apparently has NO qb. Lambert's about the worst thing I've seen behind center since Billy (what's a spiral??) Kilmer was taking snaps for the Saints in 1968.
UCLA, wow, I knew they'd have a hard time against ASU but never saw a loss coming.
This ND game is a nail biter.

UCLA was a shock. Losing Miles Jack for the season and a few other defensive starters clearly cost them, but they never got their run game going on offense either.
I'll be a LSU fan until you hit the playoffs. Knock off Floriduh and then you only have to take on 'Bama and Ole Miss on the road and finish with A&M. The worse outcome would be two 1 loss teams in the SEC West. Let's hope that A&M finishes off 'Bama in two weeks and takes that scenario out of the picture.

Good for us LSU fans I guess, hope he stays healthy and has an outstanding NFL career.
