Which reminds of my '76 Ford F100 390ci I had many years ago. I was working at a Volkswagen shop and somehow came into possession of the bright red "16 Valve" lettering that was then found on the back of VW GTI's.
I put that lettering on the tailgate of my Ford and sure did get some quizzical looks from my fellow motorist.
Follow Ups:
Both an intake valve AND and an exhaust valve . . . in each cylinder? Oh, wait, even the flatheads had that! :-)
I love goofy stuff like that. I had a 66 Galaxie 500XL convertible with a 352. It had the AM radio with a speaker in the dash and one between the rear seat backs, and Ford called it something like the "studio-phonic radio system"!

"If you are the owner of a new stereophonic system, this record will play with even more brilliant true-to-life fidelity. In short, you can purchase this record with no fear of its becoming obsolete in the future."
I do sometimes worry about ICT and where it is going. Incl. in cars, viz. the car that could be hacked while doing 100km/h, just now in the news. But, the benefits from OHC's and multi-valve designs when combined with computer management are not at all small.
Not too long ago I asked a group of visitors if they knew how advanced the aero-engine we were looking at was? It was a Hispano Suiza V8, with OHC from WWI!
Many US pilots flew behind one of them.
