Not sure if this car is best for bar-hopping basketball players or taking four year old daughters to beauty pageants.
It's claimed you won't see another one, if you're driving this one.

It's pretty safe to say I won't see one either; whether it's in front or behind the wheel. I'm a die-hard Ferrari fan but even if I had Zuckerberg money I would rather spend $800g's on a 485 or pre-owned Enzo.

$795,000?
It must be rare to be worth that much for such an ugly car.

Body designed by Pininfarina is the 250LM (Le Mans). All time favorite is the 250 GTO/California.
We had one here which just about won everything it ran in. Especially the endurance races. Oned by David McKay who founded a car dealership called Scuderia Veloce. We got the rally Volvo 142S from their Canberra site. The fazza was driven by Spencer Martin. Who in 1984 ran at Laguna Seca and won the Phil Hill Trophy beating the other 5 275LMs.
My favourite Ferrari racing sports car.
I saw and heard it at Longford in Tasmania. What a sound!

...butt ugly Ferrari I've seen.
Reminds me of a Cadillac Cimmaron.
I went fishing with a guy who bought one of those back in the late 80s. It took me all of 5 seconds to realize the car was a fraud masquerading as a worthy contender (and trust me- I was really trying to find something to like about it).It became apparent what Detroit was trying to do; which was play catch up with Mercedes and BMWs which were selling like HOTCAKES. But to merely slap a couple of Cadillac emblems on a Chevy Cavalier was well, a slap in the face of the American consumer and, IMO represent the laziness and lackluster design engineering in American automobile manufacturing. Yeah sure, that tactic was nothing new in Detroit, we all know they've been doing that for decades (and quite successfully as a matter of fact); but this.... THIS would prove to be the final straw, an eye opener, the proverbial curtain drawn/man exposed behind the curtain...
Auto reviewers were merciless ; sales were dismal. Hell I'm not sure if they EVER recovered from that fiasco.

Is it not similar to the "new" 55 T-bird a few years ago, the "new" Mustang, Camaro, Charger of today...? Forget new designs. Take an old design and revisit it instead. Don't get me wrong, they make some nice cars, but the designs are not a revelation by any means.
Yes, the Cimarron was a big boo-boo on the part of GM. They should buy them all and crush them.
As for the Ferrari on the OP, I recall seeing them years back, and being very disappointed, as it was that brand that got me into cars in the first place when I was 15.
You know, those photos look CGI, to me. Kinda strange.
Yeah, there's a mix of enhanced and simple shots.
It would be a cool car, blipping the throttle for downshifts would be fun.
Oh they're CGI alright. If somehow I were in the market for an old expensive 4 door I'd be turned off by the mockery...
Must be a good software. LOL!
