Study yourself. Which usually requires intensive reading. Most of these "crises" problems stem from too much self-involvement. This isn't a slam on your character; just the way it is.If you want to climb out of the hole, I recommend starting here:
"No Boundary" by Ken Wilber, cr 1979. There are any number of texts that can help gain self-knowledge.If you are not playing games, then you are actually in a good place. Its a necessary first step toward insight and growth.

Thanks. I read a couple of books about worry and how to stop it. Enjoying current moment without worry is a problem I am working on. I am not hurting as much as when I first freaked at 32, that took a year to get over.
I constantly tell myself to retire early and never get married or have children. So far it is going well. Actually I think seriously all it is is that I need a new car. I want one with leather seats this time.
