Kinda $$$. Wonder how well they work?
Ever seen Mighty Car Mod episodes on the S2000? Kinda funny, Esp the drag racing pieces pitting the S2000 against the highly modified turbo'ed MX-5.

I don't think a hard top is in my future. For one thing, the top on the car is new - custom made of a very dark blue fabric. If I take good care of it, it should last as long as I've driving the car. Besides, I don't believe they're self storing, which would be a deal breaker right there.
The links were entertaining, for sure...but, "unicorn farts"???
This is what I've been told to use. Do you use this? Thanks!I love their humor. The Honda S2000 versus Mazda MX-5 part one is classic.

See linky.
Guy used 3M Synthetic wax. After, cleaning with Klasse "all-in-one."

How do you like that Klasse product? The car sure looks great.
That is one sweet ride...a speeding ticket just waiting to happen. ;-)
Thanks! For the compliment. It's taken awhile to find this car. Not many good S2K for sale, these days. The guy that I had detail it used Klasse and 3M products. He left me samples to try out. He has been using Klaase All-In-One and synthetic waxes for the last few years. He likes them on cars which haven't been properly detailed in awhile. Synthetic is easier to apply and last a bit longer than carnuba.
We'll see about how long this application lasts. through numerous car washes.
BTW... the S2KCA site is where I've found a lot of information about the S2000.

Tell me about it. I flew from Minneapolis to Dallas in April on Cattle Car International Airlines to get it, then drove the car back, threading my way through the storms. It was worth it.
They aren't making any more of them, so the people that have them are tending to keep them.
Esp in traffic. I haven't had this much fun maneuvering in traffic, since the days in my BMW 2002Ti. Honda has good midrange power for such a high revving engine. Quite tractable. Responsive.
Try some mountain roads, this weekend.
That could be dangerous. You may never be heard from again, ala Mrs. Todd's Shortcut :
"That woman had lead in her foot and a ball bearing sommers in the back of her ankle. "
Todd, I'll tell you if I see any strange insects or rodents.
Onward!

Getting car detailed now. Maybe, snap some more photos.
