no framing needed. With paper you need a frame or a mount. Walgreen's does metal too, I have some that I will try there to check quality....prices are way low
They use foam "plugs" on the two bottom corners and a foam bar on top with two slots for hanging nails, 3 inches apart. Once to have the nails set right the photo floats free of the wall about 1/2 inch.
Walgreen's charges 49.99 for 16X20 and 15 bucks USPS standard mail. A 20X30 is 99 bucks and same shipping cost.

I really wanted this to get done in metal. However it was from my first weeks of digital shooting and I knew not to use RAW. The JPEG is 1.1 MB, too small for a large enlargement they think...If ever a pic cried out to be a metal print this one does.

they have you convert to JPEG. The site would not upload the full sized JPEG. Tried the LARGE size JPEG and after loading the site told me it would not work for 11X14.
So, back to the camera store with a TIFF file which will not give up anything!
