there should be a picture of DMV of VA. My ins. co. should get some recognition too.

I've been to hell, I'll spell it, I spell it DMV...
Around here, the places where buy tags and get titles changed are operated by private entities who contract with the state, and don't give a rat's a** about customer service. They have no competition, and they know it. But there's nowhere else to go.
Try CALIFORNIA,
The branch about 25" away, up in Escondido was CLOSED. Period.
Now, the branch down nearest my house, in north San Diego County has a line going around the building. The parking lot is ALWAYS full and you park on neighboring residential streets.
I went there last March to get my DL renewed and had an APPOINTMENT. And while I was In/Out in a very acceptable 75" or so, counting eye exam and picture, the outside line of the drop-ins was STILL half way around the building.
While visiting a relative in Idaho, we had occassion to go to the DMV. There were 3 clients and 5 people behind the counter! Needless to say, the visit to DMV didn't take long at all.

all the best,

And I wonder how good Germany would have been w/out its best player, Mueller? Not saying Neymar would have saved the day, but if you watched Brazil, you saw he was the only scoring threat: Fred and Hulk pretty much disappeared.
Nobody in the german team is irreplaceable.
You could replace any two or three players without affecting the result unduly.
The closest Germany ever got to a non-replaceable player was Franz Beckenbauer who played 103 times between '65 and '77 scoring a measly 14 goals but scoring wasn't his job anyway.
He started his career as a centre forward but played as a midfielder and centre back.
This made him the perfect libero (free man) who assumed any position, always the one the opposition least wanted him to play.
Only the great John Charles was ever anywhere near as versatile a player as Beckenbauer.
The Castrol Index evaluates every player according to their position and is used to produce the All-Star Team. Neither Messi nor Neymar made the cut while the german contingent consisted of
Toni Kroos (overall best player of the tournament), Neuer, Hummels, Lahm and Müller ie 5 of the 11 best players.
The DMV in Dallas apparently was so bad that they went out of business. The last time I went there, the building was empty.
:)
