have become a part of the rituals hereabouts. Morning, mid afternoon and, on really hot days. taking the place of 'dinner'.
They never come out the same as the ingredients change in type, amount and the whimsy of the smoothie operator.
Always some yogurt, always a Greek style, honey yogurt and sometimes apricot, mango, vanilla bean etc etc. Almond milk...blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raisins, Majoon dates, almonds, pecans, cashews, white peaches, apricots, apples, pineapple, pears, mango etc etc. The amounts vary and thus the great variety of flavors. Sometimes homemade ice cream gets tossed in. Always 3 or 5 ice cubes to cool it down. Using the Vitamix which combines it and mixes all we throw at it.

I get one for lunch every day as part of my semi-gluten free, semi-caveman diet. I know better than to ask what's in it.
How do you like the Vitamix? The wife burned up our last blender and I'd looked at it and the other competitor in the high priced market. After reading all the reviews on both at Amazon, I choose to just buy another $40 Kitchenaid and use it until it burned up. It's going on 2 years and works fine. I figure that I've got 9 more to go to get to a Vitamix price. My SiL does have one or a Ninja and it does do better at crushing ice with that blade in the middle, but our frig gives us shaved ice or the our cheap model would be a burned up already.
Yeah, I know, they don't make them like they used to. And it's true. A friend gave us an orange juicer from the 50s when he moved onto a boat. It's the one where you cut the oranges in half and push them down on top of a spinning half sphere, grading thingie. Pure simplicity, hefty motor, catch bin that collects and drains the juice into your glass and it works forever!
And if it ever did break, you could take it apart and replace the brushes. Simple to clean too, only 2 stainless steel parts.

I first saw one last year at my Son's home, he got it as a wedding gift. What it did so impressed me I bought one on our way back north to home. It has a 10 year warranty and you can make soup and make it hot in it! It makes ice cubes disappear in a few seconds. Best kitchen gadget we have. The wife's sisters each bought one too, all are used a few times a day. We never use soap in them, fill with hot water and zap for 10 seconds, rinse, dry and that's it.

My recipes aren't as varied as yours, but I have a smoothie almost every morning and sometimes as an afternoon pick-me-up.
Vegan protein powder, apple juice, mango/peach nectar, ground flax seeds, tropical blend frozen fruit and a banana. If I want to go crazy ass wild I'll toss in some greek yogurt.
We've got a Ninja which has aspirations of becomming a Vitamix when it gets bigger.
all of those ingredients at once, they are sort of a goody bank we pick and choose from each time. Some here have favorites and some use more add-ons than the others. Then it depends on the time of day.
I forgot to mention that instead of almond milk we use some of Trader Joe's killer juices for a more fruity drink. We also use grated coconut at times. And I often add honey, Mexican Coffee honey being big right now.
makes an apple pie smoothie that is terrific for a hot summer night after a chicken BBQ...
