Hi Plinko:

Are the chokes for a power supply filter or do you have in mind plate chokes?

If plate chokes are what your seeking--- also keep in mind that the DS-050 is a series feed output transformer not a parafeed design.

If you want a parafeed SE output then look at EXO-050 or Robin Hood PF.

DS-050 would be a great choice for a series feed 45 amp.

If your doing a parafeed and you want plate chokes--- then look at either our BCP=15's or our Dowdy chokes.

Hi Mike, I guess I'll give you a call. I'm pretty sure the amp will be series feed so DS-050 would be the option. Just not sure on chokes (likely power supply) and power transformer (Hammond?). 6-8 weeks is fine as the amp won't be built until late summer. Btw, I have a 300B amp with the FS-030 and it's exceptional. thanks, Paul
