I'd just suck it up and make a small, external regulated DC supply.

Get a small prototype box, in that, put the PSU: rectifiers, caps,
LM317/LM337 regulator pair. Then, run your +/- DC to your target
application using some nice shielded, twisted pair. You could use
XLR connectors, or the Radio Shack 4-pin microphone connectors.It will be far better than any DC wallwart solution.
