Hi Mike,The output of the DSD-1792 is the same as the output of the PCM1794 which is used by the RAKK dac. Thus either the RAKK Passive Output or the RAKK Active Output will work for you. These cover options 1 and 2.
For option 2, the Lundahl LL1674 transformer is perfect for your application. This is the transformer used by the RAKK Passive Output.
We used to have a variation of the RAKK dac Combo Input, which together with the Active Output would provide option 3. This used the Lundahl LL1690 transformer. We dropped this configuration because it was more expensive than option 1 and did not offer any advantage over just our Active Output stage alone. However, an input transformer might provide an advantage when using a different active output.
