Kevin- I see that your CCSs are rated for a max 7 watts dissipation. Is there a way to heat sink them for more? I have an application where I need about 21 watts of dissipation, 100ma with a voltage drop of 210V. I know I can parallel some, but I need 4 of these for a parafeed PP scheme.

Q2 can be attached to as large a heat sink as you like and will be good for substantially more than 7w. The IXYS IXTP01N100D device is rated for 25w with an infinite heat sink (case temp of 25 degrees C), whereas the DN2540N5 is rated at 15w. The infinite heat sink thing is tough to duplicate in practice (;=)), but you can probably run either at 10-15 watts with a large heat sink (several times the area of the large PC mount heat sinks in the kit.
