Kevin,

Thanks for the new CCS offering, I'll definitely be ordering some to try.

Subjectively, how are the IXYS MOSFETs superior to the DN2540? The higher voltage rating is a big plus for use in shunt regulated power supplies.

  The IXYS 1000v parts just give an overall cleaner presentation, so that, for example, words are more intelligible and "room sound" is clearer. There is no loss of perception of bandwidth.
