Hi,
Can you provide any info w regards to using a Lundahl LL1689 in a AN DAC.
Attached is a picture of particular DAC.

A schematic of the output stage section of the DAC would be greatly helpful. I would guess that the DAC uses the two triodes in each tube (if they are dual triodes; tube type?), one for gain direct coupled to a cathode follower using the second triode. If so, using an output transformer will reduce the gain somewhat, depending on the step down ratio chosen. But otherwise, if the assumptions I've made are correct, the use of the LL1689 or some other line out transformer will work.

It's a 6922/6DJ8 SRPP dac kit 2.1 analog board. I recall, Maciek used LL1674 as a parafeed output on that stage with default 0.47uF cap and he liked it. The post is in ar . Lundahl LL1689 was successfully used to substitute Audio Note Trans27 33:1 line output transformers used with 5687 anode follower analog stage in Dac's 3.1 and 4.1

Well, for starters, you'd have to choose between leaving the analog output circuit as it is and just adding an LL1676 or LL1674 connected in parafeed, or modifying the output stage so that it's no longer an SRPP and adding an LL1689 in the plate (anode) circuit.
