New terminal strips are available form Farnell. Partnumber 160-8631. They have combined crosshead/slit screws.

I've replaced many screws on these old networks. I just take a screw to the hardware store and have match it.

A new terminal strip can be had from any supplier catering to industrial customers, check the yellow pages if you're in a big city. This type of barrier strip is called a cinch terminal block after the company who introduced it, and has been popular for many years in American made equipment. although it's being supplanted by din rail mounted terminals it's still out there and still easy to find.
